Inter Milan preparing £11m bid for Lukas Podolski?

Arsenal's star forward Lukas Podolski could be the subject of a £11m bid from Italian giants Inter Milan in the summer, according to The Mirror.

The German international has been in and out of the Gunners first-team since his hamstring injury at the start of the campaign, and the Mirror claims that the talented forward could be tempted to leave the Gunners for the Nerazzurri, with the prospect of playing regular football at a club having big plans for the next term under owner Erick Thohir.

Podolski has made just 14 appearances in all competitions for the North London club and has seen his place being occupied by the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Serge Gnabry in most occasions on the turn of the year.

In spite of not featuring at a regular basis for the Gunners so far this season, Podolski is expected to play for the German national side at this summer's World Cup finals in Brazil.
