Nicklas Bendtner to join FC Copenhagen?

Arsenal's misfit striker Nicklas Bendtner, whose contract at the Emirates will expire in the summer, has been linked with a return to his home country as FC Copenhagen reportedly pursue the striker's coveted signature.

Bendtner has been told that his Arsenal career is all but over and it is understood that the Dane is ready to return to his homeland to restart his career.

Bendtner has found numberous club make a bid for him, including the likes of Bundesliga side Freiburg, however has so far remained with Arsenal.

The forward's contract will expire on June 1st.
