Man City plot summer swoop for Alberto Moreno

Manchester City are reportedly keen on landing the signature of highly-rated Spanish left-back Alberto Moreno from Sevilla in the summer.

According to the Daily Star, the Spanish defender valued at £30m, has been watched by City's sporting director Txiki Begiristain during the La Liga outfit's clash against FC Porto in the Europa League on Thursday.

 

However, the Citizens are not the only ones interested in the 23-year-old and are expected to have a bidding war with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United for his services come the summer transfer window.

 

Moreno has made 33 appearances for Sevilla in all competitions this season.
