Marange wanted by Arsenal
Marange wanted by Arsenal
Arsenal are reportedly interested in bringing FC Bordeaux left back Florian Marange to London. The 21-year-old defender has represented the French U-21's and Arsene Wenger has had Gilles Grimandi check out his progress.
Marange made his first-team debut for Bordeaux at the age of 19 against FC Metz on 26 January 2005.
Despite his young age, Marange is level-headed and unfazed by the pressures of first-team football. He is a very attacking style defender, very similarly in the mould of Gael Clichy and Bacary Sagna at Arsenal.
If Arsene Wenger attempts to bring in Marange, he is expected to have to pay up to £3.5m to sign the Bordeaux starlet.
