Liverpool lead race for Adam Lallana

Liverpool are apparently set to beat the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea to the signing of Adam Lallana this summer.

Lallana's excellent performances for the Saints this season have not only earned him a place in the England national side, but also attracted interest from a host of top Premier League clubs for his services in the summer.

 

The People claims that the Reds are reading to put forward an offer which would see the 25-year-old earn about £50,000-a-week.

 

Liverpool lead the Premier League standings with 80 points.
