Arsenal star Bacary Sagna agrees deal to join Man City
Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna has apparently agreed a deal to join Manchester City this summer, according to Le 10 Sport.
The French international's contract at the Gunners is due to expire at the end of the current campaign, and the 31-year-old looks set to leave the North London club having rebuffed numerous contract offers.
Sagna is understood to be keen on signing a new three-year deal with a substantial pay-rise, but the Gunners have stood by their tradition and are unlikely to offer anything more than a two-year contract on his previous wage structure.
It now appears that the talented right-back could join former players in Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy at City, who are willing to offer him a contract on a higher wage package.
Sagna joined the Gunners from French club Auxerre in the summer of 2007.
