Man Utd to rival Liverpool for Yevhen Konoplyanka?

Manchester United are reportedly set to battle it out with Liverpool for the services of Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk star Yevhen Konoplyanka this summer.

The Reds failed to land the talented winger in January, as the club failed get through with the deal before the transfer deadline.

 

According to The Mirror, the Merseysiders are set to renew their interest in the 24-year-old in the upcoming transfer window, but will now face stiff competition from the Red Devils for the player's signature.

 

The Red Devils are understood to have scouted Konoplyanka in Dnipro's last fixture on Sunday and are willing to match his £12m release clause.
