Arsenal, Liverpool offered Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker?
Shakhtar Donetsk have reportedly offered Brazilian international Bernard to the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool, according to The Mirror.
The report claims that the talented playmaker is understood to be keen on plying his trade for a top Premier League club next season, and parties working on his behalf have contacted the clubs over a possible transfer this summer.
Adding to this, the 21-year-old could be available for a fee of around £19m, this summer should the pairing show interest in signing him.
Bernard was previously linked with a switch to the Gunners last summer.
