David Moyes open to management return

Former Manchester United manager David Moyes today admitted in the Sunday Times that he has received a few offers to return to management, but for now he is not sure what the future holds.

Southampton were linked with Moyes this week and the former Everton manager admits that there have been a few offers offered already.

Moyes has been out of work since his sacking by the United board in May.

"I have received some very good offers and am tempted by one or two of them," said Moyes.

"I have not closed the door on anything and am open-minded about my next step in management - and whether it will be in the UK or abroad.

"Another possibility is that I may choose to have a break and enjoy watching and enjoy observing football throughout the world."
