Toulouse defender hints at Arsenal switch

Toulouse right-back Serge Aurier looks to be closing in on a summer move to Arsenal.

The talented Ivory Coast international has been long linked with a switch to the Gunners, following Bacary Sagna's unwillingness to sign a new deal at the Emirates.

Reports earlier had claimed that the Gunners were inching towards the signing of the star player for a fee of around £7m. Aurier, during a World Cup warm-up match for the Ivory Coast against Bosnia-Herzegovina posed for a photo with an Arsenal fan, who asked the defender whether he was joining the North London club, to which he replied: "Yes."
