Grant: there's no corruption
After the arrest of Harry Redknapp, Chelsea boss Avram Grant has moved to reject claims that the Premiership is corrupt - and he feels that football is very much straight in England.
He said: "I am a positive person and I say to you as I sit here that I don't believe it. I heard about corruption, but I haven't seen it. I think it was in the Italian league two years ago.
"I want to believe that there is nothing in this case. I believe that, in the Premier League, these stories are not true. But I don't know.
"I think football is straight here, until someone tells me the opposite. I believe in English football, I enjoy English football.
"I am sure that if something is wrong then the people who need to take care of it will take care of it but basically, I think it is positive here."
