Dinamo Moscow sign Alexander Buttner

Dinamo Moscow have completed the signing of Manchester United's out-of-favour defender Alexander Buttner on a three-year deal.

The 25-year-old joined the Red Devils from Vitesse Arnhem under former boss Alex Ferguson in the summer of 2012, and has since then failed to cement his place in the first-team at Old Trafford.

Following weeks of speculation over his future at the Mancunian giants, Buttner has finally agreed upon a deal to join Dinamo Moscow, as he feels the club can challenge for the title this season.

"I want to play in the Champions League and win trophies." He said. "Dinamo have a very strong team and I believe we can fight for first place this season."
