West Ham wrap up deal for Aaron Cresswell
West Ham have wrapped up a deal for 24-year-old left back Aaron Cresswell. The defender has signed a five year contract and arrives at the club from Ipswich Town.
Cresswell has been an almost ever present whilst at Ipswich Town, missing very few games during his time at Portman Road. However, the player decided that now was the right time to quit the Norfolk club and made the move to the Hammers to fulfill his Premier League ambitions.
Cresswell becomes the third signing of the Hammers' summer, having completed deals for both Mauro Zarate and Cheikhou Kouyate.
The defender had also been linked with a move to Sunderland.
