Sissoko to Liverpool?
Liverpool are reportedly planning to sign Moussa Sissoko from Newcastle United.
His performance last season with Newcastle earned him a spot in the 'Les Blues' World Cup squad.
The French team reached the quarterfinals, losing out to Germany (1-0) in that stage. He scored his first international goal in a 5-2 win over Switzerland in World Cup 2014. After his impressive World Cup performance, Liverpool are hoping that they are able to get the player with Monaco too keeping an eye on him.
Newcastle will be tempted to sell the player.
Sissoko plays as a central midfielder and is capable of playing in either the holding role or as an attacker.
The player was signed by Newcastle in the January transfer window in 2013 on a six-and-a-half-year deal.
