Crystal Palace line up move for Jonjo Shelvey

Crystal Palace are reportedly mulling over a transfer offer to sign Swansea City midfielder Jonjo Shelvey this summer.

The 22-year-old had a good season with the Swans in the previous campaign following his £5m switch from Liverpool last summer. According to The Mail, Eagles manager Tony Pulis is an admirer of the midfielder's talents and is prepared to test the Welsh club's resolve by making a bid worth £8m during the summer transfer window.

Shelvey scored six goals in 42 games for Swansea City in all competitions last season.
