Juventus keen on signing Liverpool defender

Juventus are believed to be keen on securing the services of Liverpool defender Glen Johnson during the winter transfer window.

The England international faced criticism from the fans during the Reds' 3-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City in the Premier League.

According to The Express, the talented right-back is unlikely to feature at a regular basis at the club, following the recruitment of Alberto Moreno and Javier Manquillo in the summer.

In addition to this, Juve are ready to take advantage of the situation, and make a January bid to land his signature.

Johnson has one year left in his current deal with Liverpool.
