Spurs midfielder to seal Hamburger SV switch?

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Lewis Holtby could reportedly make a permanent switch to Bundesliga side Hamburger SV during the winter transfer window.
The English-born German international joined Spurs from Schalke 04 in January 2012, but has since failed to cement his place in the first-team.
Having been loaned out last season to Fulham, it was well clear that the talented midfielder's future at White Hart Lane was bleak.
Holtby joined Hamburg on loan for the current campaign, and is believed to have done enough to convince Hamburg boss Josef Zinnbauer to sanction the move, German Sports daily Bild reports.
Spurs will receive a fee in the region of £5.1m for Holtby when the transfer window reopens in January.
