Tottenham to bid for Papiss Cisse?

Tottenham have been linked with a shock January transfer move for Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse.The Senegalese international has been in better form in recent weeks and Spurs' management team have taken note.

With Roberto Soldado struggling at White Hart Lane and supposedly set for a return to Spain, Tottenham want to sign Cisse as a replacement and will bid for the striker prior to the January window.
