Flamini to get Gunners deal
Arsenal's improving French midfielder Mathieu Flamini is set to be rewarded for his impressive form this year with a brand new deal from Arsene Wenger. Flamini has helped Arsenal to top of the Premiership, and could sign a five year deal.
Flamini was so close to leaving the club during the summer, but Wenger gave the Frenchman one last chance and has been rewarded for his loyalty. Flamini has thrown in some superb performances this year to help Arsenal to first in the Premier League.
The new deal for Flamini could be worth around £35,000 over five years, and the 23-year-old - who had been linked with a move to Everton and Roma - will be delighted with Wenger's response to his great form.
