Saido Berahino could leave WBA in January
Striker Saido Berahino has told reporters that he could leave the Hawthorns this month. Liverpool have been linked with a transfer for the West Brom striker.
Berahino famously scored four goals in WBA's FA Cup third round tie last week but did not celebrate any of the strikes, thus leading to rumours that the forward would be heading for a different club.
An interview with Berahino yesterday seemed to suggest that the youngster is open to an early exit from West Brom: "I’m playing, I can’t complain. I’m starting to score goals again, which I’m enjoying. That’s as far as it goes.
"Obviously I’ve got big ambitions, but at the moment I’m a West Brom player and I’m enjoying my football.
"There are always rumours going around, but I can’t control anything. The only thing I can control is what I do on the field."
