Spurs renew Konoplyanka interest

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to renew their interest in Ukrainian international Yevhen Konoplyanka, according to The Mail.

The talented winger was believed to be close to a switch to Liverpool last winter before his transfer collapsed in the 11th hour.

The Mail reports that Spurs, who have tracked the Dnipro star over the past year, will resurrect their pursuit by making an offer of around £7m during the winter transfer window.

Spurs are currently fifth in the Premier League.
