Atletico Madrid keen on signing Stevan Jovetic

Atletico Madrid are reportedly keen on landing the services of Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic in the summer.

The 25-year-old joined the Citizens from Fiorentina in the summer 2013, but has since then failed to cement his place in the first-team due to a series of injuries as well as poor form.

Jovetic has been recently left out of City's 21-man Champions League squad, with Manuel Pellegrini favouring winter signing Wilfried Bony ahead of him in the pecking order.

According to Inside Spanish Football, Atleti are huge admirers of the Montenegrin star and will launch a bid for his signature at the end of the season.
