Fiorentina interested in Roberto Soldado

Serie A side Fiorentina are reportedly keen on securing the services of Tottenham Hotspur forward Roberto Soldado next summer.

The Spain international joined Spurs from Valencia in the summer of 2013, with many expected him to flourish in the Premier League.

However, the 29-year-old failed to make the most of his opportunities in the first-team and currently finds himself as a fringe at White Hart Lane under Mauricio Pochettino.

According to AS, La Viola are ready to offer an escape route to the talented striker by making a formal offer at the end of the season.

Soldado has scored a solitary league goal for Spurs this season.
