Chelsea join race for Nathaniel Clyne
Chelsea have reportedly joined Manchester United in the pursuit of the signature of defender Nathaniel Clyne from Southampton.
The England international has been in top form for the Saints this season, and his performances have attracted interest from top clubs in the English top flight.
Clyne has been rumoured to have stalled on signing a new deal at St.Mary's in anticipation of a summer move to Old Trafford, but the Express claims that the Blues are ready to hijack United's bid for the talented full-back having failed to land the services of Luke Shaw last summer.
The 23-year-old has made 24 appearances for the South Coast outfit this season.
