Star Midfielder favours Arsenal transfer

Arsenal may get their hands on one of the most consistent midfielders in the Premier League, according to a report.

Manchester City's James Milner is expected to leave the Etihad once his existing expires this summer.

Liverpool have been deemed front-runners to sign up the talented midfielder in recent weeks, but  The Sun claims that the former Villa star would ditch the Reds for a switch to the Emirates during the summer transfer window.

Milner joined Manchester City from Aston Villa in the summer of 2010.
