Arsenal plan Kondogbia swoop

Arsenal are reportedly lining up a summer offer for AS Monaco midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The French midfielder impressed for the Principality outfit as they knocked out the Gunners in the Round of 16 of the Champions League.

The likes of Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Valencia have been linked with the player's signature in recent weeks, but L'Equipe claims that the Gunners will try to sway away their rivals by making a bid of around £20m for the talented midfield enforcer.

Francis Coquelin remains the only reliable source for the Gunners in holding midfield for now.
