The Belgian international has been in top form for the Villans in recent months, helping them propel away from the drop zone.

Widespread reports now reveal that the Blues boss Jose Mourinho is confident that the club can raise cash to seal a deal for the talented marksman.

It is also understood that Villa would be willing to do business should any club match their asking price of £30m for their most valuable asset.
