Christian Benteke close to dream Liverpool move

Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke is keen to force through a summer move to Liverpool.

The Belgian international has been in top form for the Villans in recent months, and this has helped them escape the relegation battle.

The Reds are leading the chase for th Belgian's signature and The Sun cites that the 24-year-old will do whatever possible to seal his dream move to Anfield.

It is added that the Merseysiders will offer former Genk man with a weekly package of around £100,000, if the deal goes through.

Benteke has notched up 15 goals for the FA Cup finalists this season.
