AC Milan ready Alex Song move

AC Milan will look to sign up Barcelona's out-of-favour midfielder Alex Song this summer.

The former Cameroon international joined West Ham United on loan for the season, and impressed during the initial stages of the campaign.

However, his performances have gone down since the turn of the year, and this had put doubts on his chances of securing a permanent switch to the Hammers.

It is believed that Song is likely to exit the East Londoners as they may not be able to match his wage demands of £80,000-a-week. Adding to this, the Rossoneri have been tracking the player's performances and are open to making a bid for his services during the summer transfer window.
