Tottenham Hotspur to rival Liverpool for Danny Ings

Tottenham Hotspur are ready to make a move for Burnley striker Danny Ings this summer.
The England Under-21 international has revealed that he will leave the Clarets once his contract expires in the summer.
According to Independent, Spurs are keen on signing up the talented striker, who will become a free agent from Monday.
The Clarets are likely to demand a compensation fee of around £6m, should they lose their star asset during the upcoming transfer window.
However, a fee could be set by Tribunal, should the clubs fail to come to an agreement.
Ings scored 11 goals in 35 league games for the Clarets.
