Sevilla eye summer move for Liverpool target

Sevilla look likely to compete with Liverpool for the signature of Barcelona defender Martin Montoya.

Montoya is expected to seek a fresh challenge away from Camp Nou this summer, following Dani Alves' decision to stay at the European champions for the next two seasons.

Reports in Spain suggest that Barca will offload the talented defender for just £5m this summer.

It is added that Sevilla will offer stiff competition to Liverpool for the services of the right-back.
