Manchester United to bid for Otamendi

Manchester United will make mega-offer to sign Valencia defender Nicolas Otamendi this summer.

Reports earlier had suggested that the Red Devils had agreed personal terms with the Argentine defender, with a transfer fee yet to be finalized with Los Che.

According to The Express, United are ready to match Valencia's asking price of £36m for the talented centre-half, having given up on Borussia Dortmund's Mats Hummels.

Otamendi scored six goals in 38 appearances for Valencia last season.
