Chelsea to finalise Falcao transfer?

Chelsea are expected to announce the signing of Colombian star Radamel Falcao in the upcoming week.

The talented striker struggled to shine during his loan spell at Manchester United last season, scoring just four goals in the process.

However, he had shown the desire to remain in the English top flight next season, in spite of his poor show at Old Trafford.

Widespread reports claim that the Blues have agreed an undisclosed fee with Monaco for the talented marksman, and the signing could well be finalised by next week.

Falcao captained Colombia as they lost out to Venezuela by a 1-0 margin in the Copa America yesterday.
