Man City plan bid for Fulham sensation

Manchester United are ready to make a summer offer for one of Fulham's top prospects, according to a report.

18-year-old Patrick Roberts broke into the first-team at the Cottagers last season, and made 20 appearances in all competitions for the club.

According to The Mirror, the London outfit could be bracing themselves for an opening bid from the Citizens in the next few weeks.

It is added that City want to boost their home-grown quota and consider the talented forward as the perfect fit on a long-term basis.

Roberts is currently rated at £10m.
