Barton arrested again

Newcastle bad boy has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of assault in his home town of Liverpool. The midfielder arrested was along with Andrew Barton, 19, and 27-year-old Nadine Wilson in Liverpool city centre.

The Times is reporting Barton and two others were arrested after two men were assaulted in Church Street, Liverpool City Centre.

Barton missed Newcastle's 1-0 Premier League defeat to Wigan on Boxing Day with an ankle injury, and is thought to have gone to Liverpool for a night out.

The latest news may spell the end of Joey Barton's career at Newcastle after several problems since his arrival.
