Man Utd target staying at Atletico

Croatian striker Mario Mandzukic will remain with Atletico Madrid next season, as per his agent.

The 29-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League following a fall-out with manager Diego Simeone in the back end of the season.

However, his agent Ivan Cvjetkovic  has revealed that the striker has no reason to leave the Basque outfit during the summer transfer window.

"Mario has only completed the first of his four years at the club so I see no reason why some speak of a possible exit," he said.

Mandzukic notched up 20 goals in 42 appearances for Atleti last season.
