Otamendi desperate to join Man Utd

Argentine defender Nicolas Otamendi is keen on sealing a summer transfer to Manchester United, but Valencia are holding out on their asking price.

The Valencia centre-back has been long linked with a switch to Old Trafford, and recent reports reveal that United have agreed personal terms with the talented defender.

However, United are yet to agree with Valencia over the transfer fee, with Los Che holding out on the player's release clause which stands at £35m.

United are expected to spend not more than £25m on the former Porto man.
