Cech to be Arsenal's highest paid goalkeeper

Czech international Petr Cech is all set to be Arsenal's highest ever paid goalkeeper, according to a report.

The Chelsea goalkeeper is expected to complete a transfer to the Emirates, having seen the London rivals agree on a £14m transfer fee.

According to The Mirror, the former Rennes man will be the club's best paid keeper in history with a £100,000-a-week deal.

Reports elsewhere claim that Colombian star David Ospina could seek a switch away from the North London giants following Cech's arrival to the club.
