Swansea City bid for Andros Townsend
Swansea City have made an enquiry for Tottenham winger Andros Townsend. The England international could be heading for a summer White Hart Lane departure.
Both Aston Villa and the Swans are hopeful that a deal can be agreed for Townsend and will offer a reported 13 million GBP doe the forward. A lack of first team football means that Townsend is unlikely to stay at Spurs and will leave the club for a hefty fee. Swansea City manager Garry Monk is a huge fan of Townsend and had made the youngster his top transfer priority.
