Stoke City reject Steven Nzonzi bid
Stoke City have rebuffed a £3m bid from Sevilla for midfielder Steven Nzonzi, according to sources in Spain.
The talented midfielder was in top form for the Potters last season, as they finished ninth with their highest ever points tally of 54.
The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are understood to be in the chase for the player's services, but it is widely reported in Spain that Sevilla have failed with an initial offer of £3m for the 26-year-old.
It is understood that the Potters consider the offer as 'derisory' and nowhere close to their valuation of the player.
Nzonzi has 12 months left on his current deal at the Britannia Stadium.
