Galatasaray close to Soldado signing

Turkish side Galatasaray are inching closer to sealing a summer deal for Tottenham Hotspur flop Roberto Soldado, talkSPORT claims.

The Spain international has failed to impress since his switch from Valencia in 2013, and is expected to be offload during the summer transfer window.

TalkSPORT understands that Gala are firm favourites to sign the talented striker, and are willing to pay his £2.2m salary to get through with the transfer.

Spurs currently rate Soldado at around £9m.
