Watford interested in Paulinho

Watford are keen on bringing in out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho to Vicarage Road this summer.

The Brazilian international is one among many players expected to be offloaded this summer, as manager Mauricio Pochettino aims to bring in new blood to the club's setup.

Evening Standard reports that Premier League newcomers Watford have shown interest in signing up the Corinthians star, who had a tough season at White Hart Lane.

Paulinho started just three league games for Spurs last season, as he fell behind the likes of Ryan Mason and Nabil Bentaleb in the pecking order.
