Ashley Williams on Crystal Palace radar

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew is keen on signing up Swansea City skipper Ashley Williams during the summer transfer window.

The 30-year-old has been a key member of the Swans setup in the Premier League, and has been linked with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool in recent seasons.

The Mail now reports that Pardew is eager to bring the Welsh international to Selhurst Park as he aims to bolster the club's backline before the upcoming campaign.

Williams' current deal at Swansea expires in 2018.
