Aston Villa bid for Dennis Praet

Aston Villa has made an offer for Anderlecht's young sensation Dennis Praet.

Praet, who has previously attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea, is said to have the potential to impress at the biggest stage in years to come.

Anderlecht have the reputation of breeding top talents, and they are less likely to offload Praet on the cheap.

According to The Telegraph, Villa boss Tim Sherwood has launched a a £7m offer to land the Belgian international's signature this summer.
