Harry Kane to Man Utd?

Manchester United have stepped up their pursuit to land Tottenham Hotspur sensation Harry Kane.

The England international had a great season with Spurs, as he notched up 31 goals in 51 games for the club.

Spurs hierarchy have insisted that they will not offload their star asset, but former boss Harry Redknapp has stated that the North London outfit could be tempted to allow the player's sale should a bid in the region of £45m be made by United this summer.

The Sun now claims that United are in direct talks with Spurs regarding a £40m swoop for the talented Englishman.
