Chelsea in talks for Charles Aranguiz

Chelsea are in talks with Internacional to sign up Chilean ace Charles Aranguiz, The Star reports.

The talented midfielder was in top form for the national side during the Copa America, and this has attracted interest from several Premier League clubs.

Arsenal and Manchester City are tracking the player's transfer status, but The Star cites that the Blues are in talks with Internacional over an £8m deal for the 26-year-old playmaker.

Aranguiz has been capped 36 times by the Chilean national side.
