Chelsea firm favourites to sign Pedro?

Chelsea have been given the green light to land the services of Barcelona star Pedro in the summer transfer window.

The Spain international recently had his release clause reduced from £103m to just £22m.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is understood to be a keen admirer of Pedro, and The Star reports that the Premier League holders are expected to complete the signing of talented winger next week.

Pedro has struggled for his place in the first-team at Barca, with the likes of Luis Suarez, Neymar and Messi ahead of him in the pecking order.
