Gokhan Inler snubs Leicester City

Napoli midfielder Gokhan Inler has refused to discuss terms with Leicester City over a summer transfer.

Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri has promised to bring in an experienced midfielder this summer, following the departure of Esteban Cambiasso on the expiry of his one-year contract.

Recent reports had cited that the Foxes could swoop for  Swiss international Gokhan Inler, who has been a consistent performer in the heart of the midfield for Napoli.

However, Forza Italian Football reports that the 31-year-old has swiftly rejected any kind of move to the King Power Stadium.

Inler has made 144 appearances for the Naples outfit since his move from Udinese in 2011.
