Adama Traore not heading to Liverpool

Liverpool are not interested in a summer deal for Barcelona forward Adama Traore.

It had been earlier speculated that the Malian-born winger would undergo a medical with Liverpool ahead of his proposed transfer to the club.

However, reports in Spain claim that the Reds are not in the running for the 19-year-old, who was one of the stand out performers for Mali in the Under-20 World Cup finals held in New Zealand earlier this summer.

It is added that Traore could still make his way to the Premier League, with the likes of Aston Villa and Stoke City keen on snapping his signature.
