Juventus plot swoop for IIkay Gundogan

Juventus will consider lodging a move for German international IIkay Gundogan before the closure of the summer transfer window.

The talented playmaker was rumoured to be a target for Manchester United earlier this summer, until he appeared to stay put at Borussia Dortmund for the season.

However, Tuttosport reports that Juve are looking at the prospect of landing the player's signature, with summer signing Sami Khedira facing an extending spell on the sidelines.
